 this is caused by a wrong {{{distname}}} it should be
 {{{Cython-${version}}}} instead of {{{${python.rootname}-${version}}}}; of
 course I could make that change now. But, with the last update the version
 was intentionally pinned at 0.29.13 for Python < 35; is there a reason for
 that stromnov? From the changelog and the {{{setup.py}}} I don't see any
 indications that version 0.29.14 does not support PY27 or PY34 anymore.
