 Yes, you just need to use `startupitem_install no` with non-root
 installations. This is not specific to dbus, it would be the same for
 every port that installs a startupitem. Yes, it would be nice if
 `--without-startupitems` was set automatically when using `--with-no-root-
 privileges`, that's #56743.
