 We probably made sure that if a build is started, stuff gets built from
 source (else we didn't spot any problems with Travis/Azure).

 And you mentioned at some point that you want to run the builds in certain
 cases, for example when distributability changes, to ensure that something
 gets uploaded to the mirror.
