 Are you sure it's a divide by zero?

 According to https://www.felixcloutier.com/x86/pmovzx   pmovzxdq
 instruction requires SSE4 cpu option, which my ancient Core 2 Duo T7700
 does not have.

 You obviously do not have the same problem on your PPC.
