 Looks like the relevant error is  dyld: Library not loaded:
 /opt/local/lib/libicui18n.58.dylib
 I have libicui18n.65.1.dylib  libicui18n.65.dylib in the right location,
 not sure why it's trying to pick up .58

 Possibly related to #59615 (?)  I'm on macos 10.14.6, however, with Xcode
 11.1 installed.
