 So there are 211 ports that depend on `port:jpeg` so that's why nobody
 wants to take this one. Every one will have to be individually tested
 against `turbo`, etc.

 You say giflib depends on `port:jpeg`? I'm not seeing that. If you can
 find the one port that needs the jpeg spec changed, I can probably help
 with that:
