New description:

 Version 2.1.1 was released in 2015; current version in MacPorts is 1.6,
 released 2005.

 This port currently depends on `javancss` (outdated: #59682), which
 depends on broken port `ccl-util` (#39038). Maybe one of these
 dependencies might no longer be necessary.

 The dependency on `kaffe` should be removed and replaced with the Java
 portgroup.

 Is this port still desirable?
