#59731: rarian no longer distributable

 rarian-0.8.1_2.darwin_10.i386.tbz is on our
 [https://packages.macports.org/rarian/ distributable packages server]. But
 [https://build.macports.org/builders/ports-10.6_i386-builder/builds/3797/steps
 /gather-archives/logs/stdio now] MacPorts thinks it's not distributable
 anymore:

 {{{
 "rarian" is not distributable because its license "gpl" conflicts with
 license "OpenSSL" of dependency "openssl"
 }}}

 The rarian port hasn't been updated in about 3 years. Rarian does not
 declare a dependency on openssl or link with its libraries.

 I suspect this has to do with our switchover to libc++ and the new
 compiler chain having a dependency on openssl in it somewhere. But I don't
 believe that should affect the distributability of rarian or the probably
 countless other ports in a similar situation. I don't know where in the
 chain to inform MacPorts of this so that all ports are fixed.
