 As far as I can tell, py35-pytest-cov has never existed. py36 is the
 oldest python 3 subport it has.

 The py-pytest-cov dependency was added to py-dateutil in
 [4ea559991d994d24af82f2d24fb0e5e41be0b881/macports-ports].
