 Xcode 11.2.1 is out and is installed on our Catalina buildbot worker. But
 unfortunately
 [https://build.macports.org/builders/ports-10.15_x86_64-builder/builds/6523
 ghc just got built with it] and
 [https://build.macports.org/builders/ports-10.15_x86_64-builder/builds/6589
 still has this problem].
