 My port repo is no longer needed. These instructions here
 [https://trac.macports.org/ticket/56991#comment:70] are the most up to
 date.

 The correct tcl files to patch are indeed here and not the ones you
 mentioned:
 {{{
 /opt/universal/libexec/macports/lib/port1.0/
 }}}

 the ones you found are for other things like reinstalls, etc.

 I don't get any error in python, so once you patch the correct tcl files,
 and remove my repo, you should be good to go.

 The `libass` fix has also already been rolled into the main ports repo.
 We'll work on Dave for `libvpx`:>

 Some of this is being rolled into base as we speak, so in future, this
 should be even easier...
