 I have updated MacPorts today and upgraded outdated (not pymol a.f.a.i.k),
 Pymol then crashes. Uninstalling, cleaning and re-install does not work

 sudo port install pymol
 --->  Computing dependencies for pymol
 --->  Staging pymol into destroot
