 can you try:
 {{{
 cd `port dir mpv`
 sudo vi Portfile
 }}}
 and change on line 69: {{{configure.args-delete}}} to {{{configure
 .post_args-delete}}}

 then do:
 {{{
 sudo port clean --all mpv
 sudo port install mpv
 }}}

 and let us know if that solved the issue?
