 after upgrading from 9.700.2 to 9.700.3. Macports tried to rebuild the
 port 3 times (with rev-upgrade), but the problem persists. I also tried to
 uninstall and reinstall armadillo, but to no avail. I've attached the
 output of {{{port -d -y rev-upgrade}}}.
