#59271: Cannot set pip3 default to Macports version (Catalina)

 If I do

 sudo port select --set pip3 py37-pip
 }}}
 I get

 {{{
 Selecting 'py37-pip' for 'pip3' failed: The specified version 'py37-pip'
 is not valid.
 }}}

 Same happens for e.g. py37-virtualenv.

 Python 3.7 and the above mentioned packages are installed. Everything is
 updated/upgraded. I have Catalina (10.15)
