Comment:

 I don't read these much, but would it be correct to say that, it wants
 clang-9.0, finds a number of the deps, then does not find the (new)
 libomp. So to build libomp, it looks for xz and cmake, finds those, and
 then wants clang-9.0 to build libomp, and circulars out?

 So -- libomp should be in that clang-dependency portgroup, which it is
 not...
