 With `dtruss` I see this is the error right before the crash:

 `1597/0x66b9:  stat64("/opt/local/etc/gnutls/default-priorities\0",
 0x7FFEECE64A20, 0x0)                 = -1 Err#2`

 I tried installing gnutls from MacPorts but that directory still does not
 exist.
