 Hmmmm. How about adding a `libcxx-bootstrap` sub-port to `libcxx`, that
 does everything identically apart from it does not enable emulatedtls
 whereas libcxx does. Basically give `libcxx` and `libcxx +emulatedtls`
 different port names so you can then more easily tell which is currently
 installed....
