 I have a suspicion that this might be another instance of the Xcode 11 +
 Darwin 19 '-fstack-check' issue we have been seeing in a few places.
 Testing applying the work around now. Seems to be working (build still
 going but has past where it previously failed). It will take a while,
 tensorflow is a mammoth build, but I will push something when I am sure it
 completes....
