 Please try this:
 {{{
 sudo port clean perl5.28
 sudo port clean ghostscript
 sudo port selfupdate
 sudo port -v upgrade outdated
 sudo port -v install ghostscript
 }}}
 and then please report back success or failure, with a new log if you have
 one.
