 Thanks Ryan, i will avoid building 32bit Universal SDK.

 SDK, which doesn't have 32-bit parts. If you want to build 32-bit,
 downgrade to Xcode 9 and the corresponding version of the command line
 tools to get the 10.13 SDK which still has 32-bit parts.
