 Usually I get past that error with {{{ -Wl,-no_compact_unwind}}}, but I'm
 not sure why you're seeing it whereas others don't seem to be seeing it.

 Do you have the wrong `ld64` installed? The only version that works
 correctly is `ld64 +ld64_xcode` (ie "no MacPorts ld64" but that's another
 tale...).
