 I can no longer reproduce this problem.

 Looking through your log file, however, makes me think there is a
 different problem.\\
 ICU was recently updated, and that seems to be
 [https://trac.macports.org/attachment/ticket/59364/main.2.log#L1174
 affecting your build].\\
 My suggestion is to run:
 * `sudo port selfupdate`
 * `sudo port upgrade outdated`
 * `sudo port clean qt56-qtbase`
 * `sudo port install qt56-qtbase`
 If the problem persists, please post the new log.
