 Oh, yeah, that source file is used unconditionally, even though we'd have
 a configure option for the integration. Only flags are added
 conditionally.

 That's probably something that I should fix up, but then again the whole
 patch is OS-X-centric.

 Nope, we don't need this. Openssh ships a `memmem` compat implementation
 and it's actually also built and linked correctly. It's just the
 declaration that declaration that is missing, so not a very bad issue.
