#59420: osxfuse needs to be updated for 10.15

 When installing osxfuse using latest port version (2.6.2) on OSX 10.15
 w/XCode 11.1, build fails with:"Error: Failed to build osxfuse: command
 execution failed"

 Examining the .../osxfuse/main.log shows: "Assertion 'common_is_variable
 DEFAULT_SDK_10_15_ARCHITECURES' failedESC[0m"

 Fix appears to be to add the DEFAULT_SDK_10_15_ARCHITECURES/COMPILE
 declarations to /lib/defaults.sh, after which the build succeeds
