 Yeah - no. To no great surprise, `clang-9.0` is too strict to build
 `qt53-qtbase`. So basically we're unbuildable at present, until this is
 sorted out. Probably have to kick the `icu` detection into `c++11` mode by
 setting the standard there, and then blacklist all newer clangs starting
 from who-knows-where. Log attached.
