 Yes it is. At least it is now. Our mirrors sync on different schedules. It
 may not have been there when you tried. That alone would not have caused a
 problem, since as you can see MacPorts tries to download from another
 server if one fails. The problem in your case is that it failed to
 download from ''any'' server, including all our mirrors and the project's
 master server (GitHub). That's probably a problem with your network or
 your computer (firewall or security software?). If you attach the main.log
 file, maybe it will help us further diagnose the problem, but it's likely
 something you'll have to fix yourself, possibly in coordination with your
 network administrator. Or if you need to use a proxy to reach the
 internet, then perhaps you haven't configured your Mac to use that
 properly, either in the macOS network settings in System Preferences or
 else in macports.conf.
