 The log says the problem is:

 for architecture x86_64

 Since you're using Xcode 11, try installing ld64 with the +ld64_xcode
 variant and cctools with the +xcode variant. (The versions of the software
 that the ports install without those variants are not compatible with
 Xcode 11 or later yet.)
