 Hello,

 Using openmpi-gcc9, I cannot install scalapack due to errors like this
 MPI_Type_struct has been removed and replaced by MPI_Type_create_struct

 Adding the configure flag --enable-mpi1-compatibility fixes the problem :
 can it be added?
