 So in my "Console" logs, I also see that message, "Terminal type 'unknown'
 is not defined", but the video plays just fine.

 I see that you had an https "Forbidden" error. I don't know why that
 happened at that particular moment.

 Please update smtube, youtube-dl, and perhaps mplayer if needed, and try
 again with another video.
