 Build system is a Power Mac G5 Quad running Mac OS X 10.5.8 Leopard. The
 default build arch is ppc, and the default variant is -universal.
 Attempting to build python37 +optimizations fails during config phase,
 here is the output around the failure:

 :info:configure configure: error: llvm-profdata is required for a
 --enable-optimizations build but could not be found.
 }}}

 A normal build of python37 works fine though.
