#59048: py-proj won't import

I have been a long time user of py-prof (py27-proj) and when I tried to
import and use it recently in python it failed.
It seems that the problem is that it now depends on aenum.

There isn't a current port for that. But, I was able to work around by
using pip to install aenum, and now it does seem to be working.
So, I think that the correct fix would be to make a port for aenum and
 have py-proj depend on it.
