 I just upgraded py27-pyproj from 2.2.2_0 to 2.2.2_1, which I thought would
 catch the above fix.  But, it still doesn't install the py-aenum
 dependency.
 But, I did install the py27-aenum port, and again, pyproj is working for
 me.
