 I am trying to install wine on Mojave by following the suggestions 56991
 which requires installing a fresh version of Macports from source (using
 the suggested /opt/universal) prefix.  I was able to build and install the
 system following the directions.  I can run a self update and then when I
 try to install any port it fails.  It seems to fail during the
 configuration stage.  I am guessing this is something I am doing wrong,
 but I could not find further guidance on the instructions, so I'm asking
 for help (maybe its a bug?)  Specifically failing on gperf....I'm
 attaching the main and config log files...
