 AFAICT, winetricks installs just the same whether zenity is installed or
 not. When you run the script, it will use zenity if it finds it, otherwise
 it uses the command-line mode.

 So there is no option to disable it from using zenity if it happens to be
 installed, but there is no change in how it's installed either way.
