 I cannot upgrade or install py34-sphinx, because it depends on
 py34-packaging, which does not install.
 py34-packaging says it has been replaced by py35-packaging, but macports
 cannot install py35-packaging because py35-packaging is an obsolete port
 that has been replaced by py36-packaging.
