 pgAdmin3: fix building by switching to libgcrypt

 The best fix is going to pgAdmin4, but the latter is now a Python
 package and requires many dependencies missing from MacPorts [1].

 Also tried debundling libssh2 - need way too many patches.

 No revbump as it's a build fix.
