While waiting on the {{{mingw-w64}}} issue to be resolved I added some
additional ports into my offline copy and got stuck on {{{gstreamer1-gst-
plugins-good}}}
the part that failed was {{{libvpx}}} the remaining ports after this were
{{{taglib}}} {{{twolame}}} {{{wavpack}}}
The other I want to add will be {{{gstreamer1-gst-plugins-bad}}} behind a
variant, I'm sure that will have some failure points on this setup along
with ffmpeg last I checked goes and compiles llvm/clang that's then used
to compiled ffmpeg (no idea why when I've compiled it with XCode9
previously before Proton removed macOS support)
