 Mouse, it shouldn't be so hard for you to find a macOS 10.14 SDK, put it
 here:
 {{{
 /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/SDKs/MacOSX10.14.sdk
 }}}
 and symlink it to

 {{{
 /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.14.sdk
 }}}
 AFAICT, that should solve the issue.

 I'm going to copy my current MacOSX10.14.sdk into that location before I
 upgrade Xcode and then do exactly that.
