 I agree that the {{{py-graveyard}}} isn't all that useful... and would be
 fine with "just" removing subports as needed, without giving any
 replacement rules. That would certainly make the removal of EOL Python
 versions a much less time-consuming task.

 In the meantime, I cleaned up the {{{py-graveyard}}} file by removing all
 entries that have been in there for more than 1 year; this should help
 quite a bit with the reindexing time... see [https://github.com/macports
 /macports-ports/pull/5383 PR5383]
