 Not possible, macOS Catalina removes all 32Bit support.
 You will need to downgrade or wait on CrossOver 19 source to be released,
 CrossOver19 if the Catalina support changes aren’t stripped will require a
 custom version of clang to compile the source for 32Bit support.
