Changes (by tobiasps):

 * Attachment "Portfile-nginx-rtmp.diff" added.

 Patch for using the nginx-rtmp-module version 1.2.1. This fixes building.
 The version and sources filename conflicts with http_push and therefore
 the master site has been changed as a workaround.
