 It looks like the value of `x86_64-apple-darwin19.x.x` got hardcoded in
 the patchfile. That should be replaced with the
 `__MACPORTS_canonical_host_type__` placeholder.

 If this value has some significance to the build, might have to increase
 the revision too.
