 For a 1-step process, as it appears that we need {{{ld4-latest}}} to build
 {{{clang-3.7}}}, we would have to build {{{ld64-latest}}} with
 {{{clang-3.4}}} to do this reliably. That means building {{{libtapi}}}
 with {{{clang-3.4}}} on many systems to make this work. I'll have to eee
 if that is possible.
