 V2 format was added in [https://github.com/rust-lang/cargo/pull/7070 Pull
 Request 7070]. The [https://github.com/macports/macports-
 ports/blob/967d01f180c5643e782125fc877f2fc157ab5f11/_resources/port1.0/group/cargo_fetch-1.0.tcl#L25-L27
 instruction to generate the list] probably needs to be updated as well.

 Possible blocker: to test the new code, we need to find a project that has
 migrated lock file to V2.
