 `opencv` has since been updated to 3.4.8. The upstream tickets were
 transferred to GitHub and closed, believing the issue is gone or
 irrelevant: https://github.com/opencv/opencv/issues/4359
 https://github.com/opencv/opencv/issues/4360 . Can this ticket now be
 closed?
