 You should only see the "no destroot found" message in certain
 circumstances as detailed above, and only in an unclean port directory;
 the workaround is to clean the affected port. You said you saw the problem
 with py37-markupsafe, so the error should go away if you `sudo port clean
 py37-markupsafe`. If you encounter the problem again later with a
 different port, clean that port, etc.
