 I assume that you have the Xcode 12 beta command line tools? Because with
 Xcode 11 and earlier you should be seeing warnings, not errors, for
 implicit function declarations. The workaround would be to install the
 Xcode 11.5 command line tools.

 I'll see what I can do here, but the first step should probably be to
 update to the latest upstream version since they may have fixed the
 problem there already. Unfortunately it has been a few years since I've
 touched the graphviz ports, because there was some disruption in their
 releases while they scrambled to reassemble themselves after leaving their
 previous hosting arrangement with AT&T, so it may be more work than
 previous updates have been.
