 As indicated by upstream discussion, the `no matching function for call to
 object of type` error is due to a breaking change in Numpy 1.19.0, which
 MacPorts updated to sometime after updating `py-tensorflow` was updated to
 2.2.0. It is not a problem introduced by the 2.3.0 update. The issue is
 observed on builders for both

 [https://paste.z0k.xyz/69c832a7b084 py3x-tensorflow1].

 I'm inclined to revise [https://github.com/macports/macports-
 ports/pull/8203 PR 8203] to try addressing that issue; doing so may
 unintentionally conflict with [https://github.com/macports/macports-
 ports/pull/7575 PR 7575].
