 Before Xcode 4.3, the IDE and Command line tools were one.  Since Xcode
 4.3, the two were split up and now it is possible to only install the
 Command Line Tools without installing the multi-gigabyte large Xcode IDE.
 Can MacPorts work with only Command Line Tools installed?  Also, what is
 the latest supported command line tools used on Mac OS X 10.7 Lion that
 MacPorts support??
